That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of the development details of the fascia, drawn at half size, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are acceptable in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the development details of all the materials to be used in the canopy and their colours shall be submitted to approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details

That prior to the commencement of the development details of all lighting for the canopy and signs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are acceptable in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
