Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That during the removal of the length of wall subdividing the reception rooms on the ground floor a photographic record shall be made and this be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. Thereafter work shall not continue until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure there is an appropriate record of the building's historic fabric is made in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to any work commencing, details of the proposed finish to the flue and meter box shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to any work commencing, a full specification of the new internal doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies, G1, G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
