That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a detail plan of materials and finishes for the proposed gates and fixings at a scale of 1:20 and the development shall only proceed in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, G10 and CON10 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the gates shall open inwards away from the highway. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and conveniance in accordance with Policies G1 and G10 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
