That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to any works commencing, a sample panel of brickwork for the proposed garden room shall be erected on site, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
