Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the extensions shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage hereby permitted shall only be used for purposes that are incidental or ancillary to the use of the existing dwelling and shall not be converted for residential purposes or used for any other purposes whatsoever. Reason: In order to safeguard the residential amenity of the existing neighbouring properties and character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies G2 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls or roof of the garage hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the external walls of the garage hereby permitted shall be finished in stained timber. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a sample of the tiles to be used for the external roof of the garage building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
