That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.

That prior to the commencement of any work, samples of the house colours to be used for painting of the proposed signs shall first be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies G1, CON10 and CON12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the advertisements hereby approved shall not be illuminated at any time. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1, CON10 and CON12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
