That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That sample joinery details for the single glazed rear French door and a cross section to show the head, sill and glazing bar of the windows shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any of this work commencing. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic appearance of the building in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a detailed cross section through the railing posts shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any of this work commencing. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic appearance and character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the colour and type of paint finish to be applied to all works shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any of this work commencing. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic appearance and character of the building in accordance with Policies CON4 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
