That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the glazed doors and side lights hereby permitted shall have a PPC aluminium frame which shall be painted grey. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
