Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Local Planning Authority the materials to be used for the walls and roofs of the stables and barn shall be as specified in the application. Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the building(s) is satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all existing buildings on the site shall be demolished before the new development hereby permitted commences, and any demolished material which is not to be utilised in the new development shall be removed from the land. Reason: To ensure satisfactory development and to ensure that unsightly buildings are removed in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the buildings hereby permitted shall be used for private recreational purposes for the stabling of horses and associated storage and the buildings shall not be used for any trade or business use or for livery or riding school purposes. Reason: To protect the amenities of local residents in accordance with Policies G1, C2 and R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That there shall be no floodlighting or external illumination of the buildings unless planning permission is granted by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the amenities of local residents and the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
