Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the bay window shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the colour and type of finish to be applied to the joinery shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to this development commencing. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic appearance and character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a detailed method statement and specification of the structural support for the masonry wall where the bay window is to be enlarged shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before development commences. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
