Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to any works commencing, a sample of the feather edged timber boarding and paint finish for the proposed kitchen room shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to any works commencing, a sample of the roofing materials shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That during the construction of the kitchen room, the flashing should be carried out only with hand tools.
Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the adjacent Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of the new windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron and finished in black or lead.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
