That the materials to be used for the external walls of the garage extension and conservatory and the pitched roof over the garage shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, H12 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
