Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the proximity of the proposed development to the trees and the construction activity required to erect the mast and cabinet, the proposal would be likely to threaten the health and longevity of these trees, the loss of which would detract from the visual amenity of the locality and open the mast to views which would adversely affect the openness of the Oxford Green Belt.  As such, the development is contrary to policies G8, G15 and GB3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G6, TE1 and GB3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft 2003.
