Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of development, details of external finish of the mast and equipment cabin shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies G15 and G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the equipment shall be removed within 3 months of it no longer being required for telecommunications purposes.
Reason: To safeguard the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies G15 and G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Prior to the commencement of any site works or operations relating to the equipment hereby permitted, an arboricultural method statement to ensure the satisfactory protection of the protected copper beech tree during the construction period shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. Thereafter written approval must be obtained prior to commencement of any site works and any subsequent maintenance works carried out shall also ensure the satisfactory protection of the tree.
Reason: To safeguard the copper beech tree in accordance with Policy C16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
