Planning Permission on 8th June 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of development, samples of the colour finish to the mast antenna and equipment cabin shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G15 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within 3 months of the mast not being required for the reception or transmission of microwave radio energy it shall be removed from the site together with the antenna and equipment cabin and the site shall be restored to its condition before the development took place or to a condition previously agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to restore this Area of Great Landscape Value in the event of the equipment no longer being required in accordance with Policies G15 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The development to which this permission relates shall not be exercised in addition to, or in combination with, any part of the development permitted under P01/S0735. Accordingly this permission shall be alternative to the previous permission so that either, but not both may be implemented. Reason: To prevent inappropriate development of the site by the implementation or partial implementation of both permissions in accordance with Policy G15 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
