Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of works a sample panel of the wall shall be constructed for inspection on site by the Conservation Officer. Once agreed the remaining wall shall be constructed in accordance with the sample panel.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
