That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the rooflights shall have a minimum internal cill height of 1.6m from finished floor level. Reason: To ensure the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no additional windows or rooflights shall be inserted in the north or east elevations unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To ensure the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to their construction, details of the turrets shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
