That the signage panel in the proposed fencing on the site frontage shall not be illuminated.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
A sample of the proposed ppc external material shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences and all new brickwork shall match the existing.
