Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the ensuite bathroom window in the north side elevation (side facing Home Leigh) and the bedroom window in the south side elevation (facing May Cottage) of the building hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass and the window to the bedroom in the south side elevation shall be fixed shut so that it cannot be opened all to be done prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in either side elevation of the dwelling other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
