Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the garden wall and the copping shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commences. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the wall shall be constructed and pointed using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the garden gate has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
