That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amentiy of the Clifton Hampden Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and the glazed screen including details of the paint finishes has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Clifton Hampden Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies G8, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the extension shall be used only for the purpose specified in the application as laundry/store and cold store ancillary to The Plough Inn and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
