That all the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the two storey and single storey extensions shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
