Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the use of materials and the details of design for the proposed windows and doors, particularly those windows facing The Kinecroft, the proposal would represent an inharmonious form of development which would harm the character and appearance of the Wallingford Conservation Area. As such, the proposal would be contrary to policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G6 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.
