Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration on five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the colour of the fencing shall be agreed in writing by the Director for Environment & Economy prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
