Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to comply with Policies G1, G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any works, a description of the steps and works to be undertaken to secure the stability of the listed building during construction shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such details shall include measures to strengthen any wall or horizontal surface, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of works. Reason: To ensure the safety and protection of the listed building and to comply with Policies G1 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That lime wash render shall be used for external walls of the extension. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of works, a full schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
