Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the existing trees and hedges on the land shall be protected in accordance with British Standards 5837 'Trees in Relation to Construction' and in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development and retained during construction works. Reason: To safeguard trees and hedges which are visually important in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the hardstanding shall be constructed using the no dig method in accordance with British Standards 5837 'Trees in Relation to Construction' and in materials appropriate to the usage of the hardstanding details of which shall be first submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To safeguard trees and hedges which are visually important in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
