That the timber frame of the greenhouse shall be stained in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
