Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no works shall take place on site prior to the making of a detailed record/implementation of a scheme of recording the building(s). This must be carried out by an archaeological/building recording consultant or organisation in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which shall first have been submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the building is of historic importance in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and the character of the surrounding area is safeguarded in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
