Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the field which is subject of this permission shall be used only for the keeping of horses which belong to the residents of The Well House and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no external lighting whatsoever shall be erected on the stable building hereby permitted. Reason: To protect local amenities and the rural character of the land in accordance with Policy R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the rear elevation of the stable building facing Home Close, Garsington. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing field shelter situated within the field shall be removed therefrom within 3 months of the first use of the stable building hereby permitted and following implementation of this permission no other form of mobile field shelter or caravan shall be placed or allowed to remain on the said field. Reason: To safeguard the openness of the greenbelt in accordance with Policy GB2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
