That approval of the details of the siting of the dwelling, its design, external appearance, the means of access and the landscaping of the site (hereinafter called "the reserved matters") shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the application is not accompanied by details of these matters.

That application for approval of the reserved matters referred to in Condition 1 above shall be made to the Local Planning Authority not later than three years from the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the development to which this permission relates shall be begun not later than whichever is the later of the following dates:- a) the expiration of five years from the date of this permission; or b) the expiration of two years from the final approval of the reserved matters, or, in the case of approval on different dates, the final approval of the last such matter to be approved. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planing Act 1990.
