Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That within 3 months of the first use of the building hereby permitted, the walls shall be clad in stained timber, a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the building shall be used for the keeping of horses as specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: Because the permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policy R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing hedge on the northern boundary of the site, shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with Policy G9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
