That the first floor window in the western elevation hereby permitted shall be retained with obscure glass at all times.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls or roof of the development hereby approved.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
