Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That before development commences, a sample of the brick to be used for the raising of the stack shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. 

Reason: To ensure that details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That lime mortar shall be used in the bedding and pointing of the bricks.

That new lime mortar fillets shall be provided for the base of the chimney stack.
