That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.20/04 as shown on plan numbers 5025000/922/001/3118, 5025000.001/OXO/4115 & 5012500.000/922/3806 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Director for Environment and Economy. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on 30 June 2008 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. (Policies EN1, G2 (OSP); G2, (OSP DD); G1 (SOLP) D1; SOLP DD)

That all the windows on the west elevation shall be of translucent material to allow in light but prevent views out. Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring properties. (Policies EN1, G2, (OSP); G2 (OSPDD); G1 (SOLP) D1, SOLP DD
