That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used in the external construction of the extended chimney shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Great Milton Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the bricks as approved to be used in the construction of the extended chimney shall be laid with a lime mortar with the joints finished in pointing to match the existing. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Great Milton Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
