Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external construction of the plinth wall supporting the frame of the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Clifton Hampden Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
