Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the platform, condenser and all connecting pipes etc. shall be coloured in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to works commencing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the level of noise emitted from the condenser unit shall not exceed an LAeq of 60db, measured over a 15 minute period when the unit is operating continuously, at a position on the Tesco site southern boundary, 15m from the condenser, at a height of 1.5m. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
