That prior to the commencement of development, details of the junction between the thatch and the proposed conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory, and to comply with policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
