Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That, within six months of cessation of their use for telecommunications purposes all equipment, including the antenna and existing compound, shall be removed from site. Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of any equipment.
Reason: Because permission is granted only because of the need for the facility and to safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies C2 and TE1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
