Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the brick paving in the pump room shall be retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON5, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of works, details of the new ledged and braced doors at a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON5, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
