That, having regard to the relationship of the extension to the existing building and to its inappropriate details of design and forward projection, the proposal represents an incongruous and in-appropriate form of development which would detract from the character and appearance of the existing dwelling and the visual amenity of the street scene, contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policy H13 of the approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan, 2011, Second Deposit Draft and Section 4.6 of the approved South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
That, having regard to the location of the side extension relative to adjoining property in Wills Road, the proposals would represent an oppressive form of development which would detract from the residential amenity of occupants of those properties, contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policy H13 of the approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan, 2011, Second Deposit Draft.
