Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the frame shall be constructed in timber, in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of any works. The scheme shall include details of the junction of the brickwork with the frame. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
