That, the proposed dwelling by reason of its width, height and proximity to the neighbouring properties Rushlands and Ventura would have an overbearing and oppressive impact on these properties which would be harmful to the amenity of the occupiers, contrary to Policies H4 and H5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies H4 and H5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Draft Deposit.
That, having regard to the siting of the house and its forward position in relation to the houses in the surrounding area the dwelling would be harmful to the character of the surrounding area, contrary to Policies H4, H5 and G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies H4, H5 and G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan Second Draft Deposit.
