Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That, before works commence a description of the proposed works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and safeguard the internal fabric of the Listed Building, in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a photographic record of the existing hipped roof, internal and external, to be taken before any alterations are made, a copy of which is to be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and retained on record. Reason: To ensure that a photographic record of the changes to the building is kept in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, before works commence a drawing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority illustrating the alterations proposed to the internal hipped roof structure and no other rafters apart from the modern, machine sawn type shall be altered in order to fit the rooflights. Reason: To ensure that the historic fabric of the building is not harmed, in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
