That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no deliveries to the premises shall occur between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00 on any day.

Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the air conditioning unit is not operated between 23:00 and 07:00 on any day.

Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That when the air conditioning unit and refrigeration equipment is operating, the total noise level generated by all the equipment, measured as a fifteen minute LA eq, does not exceed 33dB, measured one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property.

Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
