Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
In the evident of any evidence of bats being found in the outbuilding works shall stop and English Nature shall be notified in writing immediately.
Reason: To ensure no protected species are harmed in accordance with Policy C14 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the building shall be used for psychotherapy practice only and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To ensure the amenity of occupiers of nearby neighbouring properties is protected in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the building shall not be sold or let independently to any other parties for any other use.
Reason: To ensure that the amenity of occupiers of nearby neighbouring properties is protected in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That before development commences a plan indicating the parking and turning space shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained as such.
Reason: To protect the local amenities in accordance with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
