Planning Permission on 10th September 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, prior to the commencement of any development, details of the glazing, including the frame and the link between the glazing and the brickwork, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a scheme for the disposal of foul sewage has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of public health in accordance with Policy G17 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the accommodation shall be used only in conjunction with, and ancillary to, the use of Mill Court as a single unit of residential accommodation. The flat shall be restricted to that area shown on the approved plan, and shall be occupied solely by staff, whose principal employment is as domestic staff in connection with Mill Court, or by a close relative of the occupiers of Mill Court. Reason: That the establishment of a separate unit of residential accommodation in this isolated rural location would be contrary to housing policies contained in the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
