Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 1st September 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The residential development at Oxens Piece was allowed as a rural exceptions scheme which includes the requirement that the housing remains affordable in perpetuity. It is considered that the size of the extension is such that the property could no longer be considered as affordable and the proposal would therefore be contrary to Policy H8 of the adopted the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy H10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan Second Deposit (Draft).
