That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Prior to the commencement of works a detailed schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until full joinery details have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
