Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Great Haseley Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the natural stone to be used for the new walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture and shall be laid and pointed in the same manner as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing walls. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Great Haseley Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the windows and doors drawn to a scale of 1:10 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Great Haseley Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
